CRR ******** Expungement

I found this company on FB after I have been struggling to get a traffic violation of 2014 expunge. On their site it shows almost 12 000 happy customers ........

I contacted them on email and WhatsApp and paid R1895 to be registered for their service which I understood will be the last I thing need to do to get my violation expunged. I have sent in all the necessary documentation requested and received a "Dashboard" from them to track the progress. In November I asked the lady that was assisting me that I needed a Police Clearance Certificate after the process is completed and not a Permanent Residence Certificate as indicated on their system and was told we could request that after the expungement was completed.

So I waited until May 2025 when it showed on their "dashboard" at last (after almost 7 months) that the process was complete and that the certificate was dispatched to my home address (which I will never receive as we staying on a farm). So I requested from them a copy which they could email to me and was told I should either wait for the one in the post or I could reapply for a Police Clearance Certificate or I could just upgrade their service by paying another R2595. This is just ridiculous as I was told they have completed what they said they will do and apparently for another huge payment they can then solve my problem and I have to now believe that after getting nothing the first round waiting 7 months

I have reapp**** for another Police Clearance Certificate (costing me another R960 now the second time) and received the PCC after just 2 weeks and can you believe it nothing has changed ......

So I emailed the lady again and said after all the wait and the payment of their fee my name is still not cleared. So I was told they only deliver the documents to the Department of Justice they don't follow up or anything else.... my goodness I could have done that myself 7 months ago for much less than what I have spent up to date. She requested the new PCC which I emailed 10 days ago to them and was told she will follow up with their Expungement Department and yesterday I asked if there is any news but has not received any answer back yet

I will have to do this whole process myself now costing me another lot of money and time

Why will they give you a timeline ("Dashboard") if they have nothing to do with any further actions than delivering the documents to the relevant Department this is just my question
