Wrong Size Shoe!

On Sunday 12 July 2020 I went to crocs waterfront and bought a pair of comfortable shoes for work. I was assisted by Zimbini Kweneni. I fit on a size uk 11 and told her I'm taking it. When she put it in the bag I asked her to make sure it's size 11 and she was 100% certain it was. When I arrived home to put the shoe on it was a size 10 and I was so furious because I had no shoes for work the next day. I called them and she responded that there's nothing they can do and that it was a miscommunication.
