Wrong size seems to be the normal

Just read the review for the previous customer. I ordered a size 11M but received a size 12M and when I wanted to log a return they could not accommodate the return. The customer service is terrible no way of calling and the bot that responds to the online messages are just pathetic. Even after asking to speak to an agent no response.
