Wrong size
Bought sliders online on the 20 Dec and on the 21 Dec both orders was delivered but all items was wrong sizes, i ordered size (w8) but they sent (m8) instead which was waaaayy to big. I did a return request for both sliders but Crocs only sent me 1 pair.
I then called the call center to enquire about the missing pair & lady then advised that she escalated my query and they will only send a new pair in the new year.
This was a Christmas gift for a friend. I bought well in advance yet i don't have my crocs before Christmas
Very Bad service- definitely not buying online again
