Worst delivery experiences

I bought a pair last week Friday morning 29th November, Saturday I got an email stating the order was dispatched. Been trying to track my parcel to the point of calling RAM (with no success). I do not know why they use Ram as a service provided because they do not deliver on time and as promised and getting in contact with them is a mess, As and matter of fact I don’t even hold Ram responsible for this delay as I order my shoes with Croc SA and not Ram. Step up your customer service Crocs SA. DO BETTER!!!!!!
