Worst damn service

Worst damn online service... You wait so long for a delivery 4-10 working days, what the hell.. Are you then based in China.. it's literally within Cape Town.. You wait so long for an order, just for them to say "We don't have stock, but when I placed the order and paid for the items, there was stock.. They quick to take the money but when it comes to delivery, the worst ever.. Now they want to say, we need to process a refund.. Who says I want a refund.. I just want the shoe... That's it
