Very Disappointed.

I’m so ****ed off 😡. I ordered two pair of crocs on 20/10/2023 received it on the 23/10/2023 which was big I logged a return same day they came fetch it on the 24/10/2023

No refund it’s been over 14 days now

I sent a email on the 02/11/2023 to the support email no response just a automated email 24hours I’ll has past

I would like my money back.
