Very bad online service delivery
I’m very disappointed in the online shop’s service. I ordered a pair of crocs and after payment was emailed that I would get an email on when my shoes would be delivered. After a few days I enquired and was told that they don’t actually have the stock and that I would be refunded within 48 hours. It’s been a week and I haven’t even gotten a response even after sending another email. Very poor service. They’re quick to take your money but won’t even consider to contact you regarding paying my own money back.
