Useless online store with zero support after wrong item delivered

If I could give zero stars, I would. They definitely do not deserve even half a star. They advertise everywhere online, but otherwise, this company seems to be a poorly managed dog show. Pity I did not read their reviews before ordering online from them, as it is clear that they ***** up almost all of their online orders and then do nothing to correct it. No replies to e-mail after almost a week and when you phone them, only false promises that their "support staff" will get back to you today .... which has not happened after 2 calls in 2 consecutive days.
