Useless Online Crocs Shop

I have been waiting for almost 2 months now for Crocs SA to collect shoes I paid for in November 2018 , and to deliver the exchanged pair. No response on e-mails. Empty promises to look into the matter when I phone them. The online shop is absolutely useless!!!!
