Unprofessionalism

I placed an order on the 25th. I received a notification stating that one of my orders has been canceled and I will be refunded. When I placed the order, the item was available and in stock. It's unacceptable to inform me the days after ordering that I won't receive my item. I want my order fulfilled; I don't mind if the color needs to be changed. It was a special offer, and I purchased it accordingly. Please address this situation promptly, as this does not reflect professionalism.

Please provide feedback on when I can expect to receive my second order.
