unprofessional

I’m not impressed by this situation with crocs cancelling my order. When I made the purchase, the crocs were available, and I took the last one. I placed the order on the 22nd of this month and today they respond that unfortunately item purchased is out of stock but when I made the purchase they were available. I just want my order fulfilled.
