Unhappy and dissatisfied with a mega crocs clog

I have always wanted to own a crocs and finally I had the money 💰 to purchase 1 crocs mega clog which I am most unhappy with. It is most heavy and uncomfortable foot wear I have ever wore. Please don't ever purchase a crosc mega clog you will regret it. I am so dissatisfied with my purchase. I have bought it through superbalist whose service was great but now for the return I'm still waiting for a response. Although it is a crocs product crocs don't even want to listen to my complain. I have called crocs sa with no help . I'm very unhappy because it's not a cheap shoe.
