On the 21st of November I've ordered kiddies rainboots for my grandson as a Christmas present. On Christmas day we saw that it's too small. I immediately send an email to support to exchange it and they answered that it's too late, they only have a 1 month exchange policy. It's 4 days, running over Christmas!!
