Unfilled online order with no communication

I have never had such a terrible experience with an online order. Placed order 26 Dec 2020 - no updates for 3 weeks. When I phone to enquire I get sent from pillar to post and unfilled promises. I basically only wear Croc shoes, but I am very much discouraged from supporting these guys again.
