Took money and now stock delay!

Order SOVZAZACRSY256019 I have sent two emails asking for a detailed timeline on when I can expect the delivery of my purchase made last Wed. I got an email the following day saying there are stock shortages and my order will be delayed without detail of when/how long/etc. Customer Support emails are getting a generic response saying they have a high volume of queries so response will be delayed (this is after you get the automated response saying they will get back to you in 24 hours). I am unable to get a phone call answered. This is frustratingly poor service!
