Time wasters and not honoring their commitments

I am a highly dissatisfied customer. Despite repeated inquiries, the company has failed to provide a definitive delivery date. Furthermore, it appears that their policy prohibits order cancellations. This has been the most unsatisfactory online shopping experience I have encountered, and I believe their service does not even merit a one-star rating. If possible, I would give them a minus rating.
