The worst

Read any of the other 1 star reviews about the exchange process, bad communication, just bad customer service, same.

My experience with them has absolutely killed any excitement I had (and I was VERY freakin excited) for my crocs.

Do not buy from the online store. Just go directly to a physical store. Because you will get your sizing wrong (if it's the first time, because their sizing runs small), you will have to do an exchange, and that exchange will take at least A FULL MONTH, and you will have to follow up multiple times without responses.

For an exchange to take close to a month (their warehouse is literally 10minutes away from me) on something that wasn't worn and was logged as an exchange on the same day as initial delivery, is so incredibly mindboggling I can't express to you how frustrated I am.

Do not recommend.
