Terrible shoe quality!!!

I’m so heartbroken that I wasted my money, I bought sandals from Crocs for R900.00 on the 25th of December as a Christmas gift to myself because I’ve seen posts that they are durable so the amount made sense. I literally wore those shoes ONCE barely walked 500 m when they got torn 💔. I logged in a return request showing pictures of the shoes and they approved it, the shoes were collected and sent back, now I get an email saying that my request has been rejected because the shoes were not in the original packaging, the original packaging was just a plastic bag, which I threw away because I was not aware that this shoe had the lowest quality imaginable. WHO KEEPS A STUPID PLASTIC BAG JUST IN CASE????? You a better off buying those imitation crocs for R50,00 then spending a whole R900 just to get shoes damaged on the ****** first day!!!! Crocs SA I am truly disappointed and will definitely share this terrible experience with everyone I come across. Because in this Cyril Ramaphosa economy you practically made me throw away R900 😭💔
