Terrible service from crocs Sa
I am so angry and frustrated with Crocs SA. The crazy thing is they getting away being a international company. Purchased a pair of crocs on 22 dec 2022. Sent them 4 emails no response. Finally got through a busy customer service line after 20 minute wait only to be told no stock. This was on 30 January 2023. I sent my banking details for a refund. Still no correspondence about the refund.Do I complain to the ombudsman ?
