Terrible organization and service

Shocking service for online sales. First they send you the wrong size, then you return it and they send you the wrong shoe! Useless and pathetic service! Then they say they’ll escalate it, but it’s three weeks down the line and still no sandals I bought and I’m still sitting with someone else’s shoes!
