Terrible customer service
Bad customer service. Placed order online on 22 October 2022, knowing that delivery will take place within 7 - 10 days. No delivery by day 8 so called in to be told that delivery will take place by day 10 (04 November 2022) but no correspondence pertaining to delivery. Called in again on day 10, only to be told that there is a backlog in warehouse and that all customers have been notified- I was not notified of anything. I lodged a complaint online whereby I was told that within 24 hours a consultant will be in contact. Nothing again. Today is day 12 and still no delivery. Paid for product but no product. Bad service with no communication.
