TERRIBLE CROC SA Service

Good day! TERRIBLE SERVICES I cannot believe the service I have received from Crocs SA. Do they not value customers and in the midst of people losing their jobs. Some people just don't want to do their jobs. Order and paid on the same day. Still have not received my order. No communication from them even though I have been emailing them, making daily calls in order to follow up on my order. If their are issues then they should communicate effectively to me as a customer.
