Still waiting for refund...a month later

I returned a pair of footwear at Crocs Tygervalley and a refund was issued. However, after visiting the store twice thereafter to notify the manager that the refund is not yet reflecting in my bank account. It has been a month after returning the item and STILL NO REFUND has been made.
