Still Waiting for a refund

Very frustrated with their online shopping after service. Numerous phone call where they don’t pick up or if I eventually speak to a representative, she said she will phone back and never did. I have sent over 5 enails with no response. I am still waiting for my refund on shoes I returned. In Dec 2021.
