Stay away from Crocs!

I ordered online under ladies size 9, received a male 9. Since the 27th of Jan I have been sending 6 emails, no response. Phone the number, no answer or no help. Have been a loyal Crocs supplier for a few years, this is the last. I demand a call back to resolve this matter or this will be handed to the ombudsman! No more waiting for customer service that is non existent!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!
