Squeaking Crocs sandals

Whilst on holiday in George, I purchased 2 pairs of Crocs sandals at the Garden Route Mall in March 2020. I wore the black pair a few times but from the start it squeaked continuously to such an extent that it was an embarrassment wearing them. The beige pair I never wore until recently. Only to discover that they squeaked just as bad as the black pair. I then wrote an email to them on the 4th December to *** but received no response. On the 9th December I send another email requesting a response from them. To date no response has been forthcoming. It just seems that they don't take any accountability for their problematic product.
