Shocking Customer Service

I ordered 2 pairs of size 8Womens crocs on the special on 18 October . I received the parcel but they sent one pair the correct size the other a number 9. after several emails they rep**** that they cannot exchange the shoes because it was a special. It was a mistake made by the Crocs and now they don't want to assist. I sent several emails after that with photo proof of the shoes as well as my order. I even phoned. spoke with Ngwekazi via email I communicated with Nadeem but no result. Crocs are quick to take your money but their customer service are absolutely **********.
