Selling shoes that's out of stock

After all these years they dissapoint royally! Placed an order on cyber Monday (28 November) to only be told today 19 December "sorry we don't have stock of this item any longer" after 4 follow up emails of "we will let you know once your item is dispatched to the couriers" . Not once mentioning the possibility of the item not being in stock any longer. Which was widely available on the site when I placed my order may I add - otherwise I wouldn't have bought it!! Cherry on the cake is Influences bragging on how "they placed an order" and got their things the next day and oh "they gave it to me" & I'm out here waiting like a fool for an item that's no longer in stock and No1 felt the need to let me know first week I placed my order - This has been a really terrible experience and have soured future purchases! Get your ducks in a row guys. Your customer service makes and breaks your business!! And by the reviews you're sinking. Your product is good but not worth this bad service!!
