Second time waiting for a purchase!!!

I purchased a pair of crocs on the 23rd October. Its 12 days later and I still have not received my purchase or a tracking number. I received the email about delayed delivery and a 20% off voucher (again). This is the SECOND time I have to run after MY PURCHASE. At this point I just want my money back. Its worrying that the only response we get from you is on hellopeter! No one replies to the emails. You guys are clearly only worried about your image. Get another company to assist with deliveries because clearly dpd can not handle all the packages. I'm beyond frustrated with this service. Giving us 20% off vouchers is not good enough. You just changing the wording in the promo code and we can only use one at a time, its not helping. Instead its just infuriating that you think you can give us the same 20% off voucher that was in the first email. Get our products to us and stop with the excuses. Your lack of planning is affecting your customers!!!!
