Rude Manager At Crocs Atterbury

I made a purchase on Sunday 4 June 2023 via a scan payment option at Crocs Atterburry. There seemed to be a technical glitch on their side and it said the payment was unsuccessful. However, the payment had gone through and I showed the cashier my proof from the back and that is when the cashier then called the manager.

Upon arrival the manager did not even greet me nor ask me what the problem was. He just went straight ahead and said he cannot give me the shoes. When I asked him what is to be done now since he says he can't give me the shoes and I could certainly not leave the shop without my shoes since I had made the payment, he said "I don't know". While trying to reason with him, he constantly spoke over me, interjected while I was still speaking and later was very dismissive of me. He had not asked me for my details to give to the bank when making an inquiry, I had to remind him to take my details.

He later then started telling me how it happened to another customer and the customer did not behave the way I was behaving when asking about the way forward. He did not listen to anything I said and sounded not apologetic at all.

On monday, he called me to give me feedback from the bank like he had said he would. I was in the middle of a meeting and kindly asked to call him back. He answered me by saying I spoke to the bank. That is all he said, nothing was said on whether the transaction had gone through or anything, nor an apology for treating me the way he did.

His name was Palvin Sitsha, Store Manager. I really hope something is done because this is not a way to treat customers.
