ridiculous policies and bad service!

I went to buy 9 pair of Crocs as gifts to nine of my friend a basket of R9000, about to pay I asked if they can please put it in 9 different bags as it was for 9 different people. They refused because of company policy to give me 4 additional bags. They have to give 2 pairs per bag, insanity. So I decided to return R9000 so they can save R8 of paper bags. This is the most ridiculous thinking and service I have come across.
