Returned shoes not credited
I ordered a few pairs of Crocs online on 12 October 2020. One of the pairs didn't fit, so I requested to return them. They were collected by RAM couriers and, according to their system, were returned to Crocs on 12 November. I received an email from Crocs stating that I will receive a credit for the returned shoes within 8 working days. Today, 23 January 2021 and numerous emails later (which Crocs just answers with something like "sorry for the delay") I still haven't received the promised credit.

09 Mar 2021, 17:44Crocs did try to reimburse the amount to my credit card after this post, but the card has expired since then, so the transaction could not go through. I emailed them with my banking details numerous times, but no response or payment till now.
