Return Policy Fabricated!

I am appalled by the service I received at Crocs Eastgate from the Store Manager and the Regional manager Robin. I went it to exchange a torn shoe and I am still under the warranty cover which is the 90 days warranty. I was told that they can’t exchange because they insinuating that my daughter is the one that damaged the shoe. The store manager mentioned that I work at the mall so she can’t exchange for me in a way I felt that they are profiling me. The regional manager was arrogant and he said that I can take the matter up with your head office and it will eventually come back to him and consequently there’s nothing that the Head Office can do without him.
