Refund *******

Since 17 October I'm still waiting for my refund back🥺🥺🥺, 750 is a lot of money to just let fly off. There's absolutely no follow up, no confirmation, I keep trying to call the number but never gets picked up, emails aren't attended to, there is a Bonita who keeps asking if I received refund, so I keep asking where? There is no proof of refund payment, nothing, it's disrespectful and quiet frustrating to think now after 4weeks I would be here writing this .....
