Refund not paid out

I placed an order beginning of April 2025. I was then advised that they had to remove one item and I should choose my refund options and I chose the refund to be paid out to my payment option that I paid using.

I got one pair and I logged a return as it was the wrong size. I got that refund on the 11th of April however the first refund request was not paid out.

I've sent emails and I'm told that they will give feedback within 48 hours and they are still following up with their finance department.

It's almost a month already waiting for a refund. I send emails but I get the same response. How difficult is it to check if a refund was processed and if not they log it.

I'm really not happy with their refund process.
