Process driven, to drive me away

Crocs SA I really thought use are more customer service inclined.

I bought a pair of crocs not so long ago...size was not good.

This time I took a size up and purchased it online as well. The croc is very very big ...

I understand manufacturing quotas but this is saddening. I then called your team asking them for help to assist me in getting the right size or getting my shoe exchanged for the right size.

I was told that due to the discount that use gave I can not exchange it.

Guys no other help was provided...no innovative way to resolve my issue. I was even willing to pay more.

My crocs was picked up yesterday by the courier I have yet to hear back from use.

I need help please...someone help me.
