Poor service online

I am so so upset and hurt.i uave called many times and no help from the head office.they answer speak to me and cut the call.furtherti that i purchased somany items online and they gave me the wrong item.when i am tryinh to get hold of them they not even bothered to help.crocs u have a good product but to treat a paying vlie t so poorly.its a shame.
