poor service delivery

I recently purchased a pair of slippers from your online store . if i did not follow up on the status of my delivery after a few days , i would of not known that the item i purchased was out of stock ,although on the website it stated available . i was informed i would receive a refund . i have not received any feedback regarding my refund after banking details was provided . Online purchases are meant too be easy and streamlined .
