Poor service

Crocs sa, you have specials and I was told 4 to 7 days but I know of two people that purchased after me and received their items You don't respond to emails and my order after 4 days, still not showing and you have the same old sad story it's busy this time of the hear this is the second time this happens, IN April month same excuse. You sell good shoes but your service is terrible
