Poor quality model not addressed, no help with complaint.

At any given time, even now at least 15 pairs of Crocs in our house. Two pairs purchased with tiny holes design, cracking and breaking up indicates product fault or weakness. Contacted Crocs. I didn't keep the slip, they asked how often I wear them etc etc etc, . All I asked was did anyone else experience this problem, is it a design fault etc. Nothing fruitful from the experience except dissatisfaction. All they needed to do was ask me to bring in the pairs for them to inspect and take feedback and let me know why this is happening. Absolutely terrible follow up. Still now, I can't use the pairs anyway as it's a terrible advert for Crocs with big holes in the webbing.
