I bought a pair of flops online om 22 January 2018. It doesn't fit and I want to return it for a refund. There is absolutely NO answer on the call center number and I have sent e-mails as well.

ABSOLUTELY NO reply!

This is the most ridiculous online service I have EVER had! (and living in SA, that says a lot)
