Payment done and no product

<p>I have bought Crocs for my 2 girls and paid on the 7th July and specifically asked it to be delivered after the 18th because we were not at home. The courier wanted to deliver the 14th and I said that as long it is before 2pm someone will be at our home . They did not come before that and to date after many emails and messages to Allen (online purchases) I still do not have the shoes and soon winter will be over and next season they might be too small!!!</p>
