Pathetic service from Crocs SA

I placed and order on the 30th of November with Crocs and 2 weeks later I have still not received my order. I purchased for more than R2.5k from them. I've followed up but they say that it's been handed to the courier. No feedback, pathetic service. They running specials but cannot keep up with the demand. No one is assisting, all they say it that they dealing with high volumes.
