Pathetic Service Delivery

I ordered a pair of sandals on the Back Friday Sale (24/11/2017). I called the Crocs SA head office on 01/12/2017, of which they were out on their Christmas lunch. I left my contact details, and order number and still no feedback. Today- 06/12/2017: I've dialed head office over 25 times, and only got through 3 times. my call was then transferred to the relevant people and there is no answer on their side. I request to speak to a manager, with no success. I then speak to the switchboard operator, and she drops my call because she has 5 other calls coming in. What is really going on? There is no feedback as to why my order is so delayed? Nobody answers your incoming calls? Crocs SA, your service delivery is APPALLING!!! You deserve a MINUS MINUS rating.
