Pathetic service and very poor!

Absolutely shocking and very appalling customer service. I was in the shop looking around for shoes for approximately 20min and the sales lady approached me and asked "ARE YOU HERE TO BUY SHOES". Meanwhile i was there without offered any help whilst 2 of them were assisting one customer and the other one doing stock taking during shopping hours.
