Pathetic service and absolute disregard for their customers

I have been a proud Crocs supporter for the past 8 years and my parents even longer but my latest experience with Crocs SA had been nothing short of appaulling. For starters the Junior 3's I ordered for my son are the exact same in size as his size 2's. I ordered three pairs and want two to be exchanged for a size bigger as the third pair my son insisted on wearing after a long wait.

I have tried calling the Online Department but to no avail and have sent numerous emails to ********** I once got through and spoke to a Camin who advised I should email my order number to ********** Which l did, however days later still no response. Called the headoffice and the receptionist took my details however no one got back to me.

I am trying so damn hard not to use profanity but I am GATVOL!!! I never came across a company with soooooo much disrespect for their customers. And by looking at their Facebook page, many of their customers share the same sentiments.

So in true Crocs SA style, I take it this complaint will be ignored too.
