Pathetic service

I ordered 2 pairs of crocs and paid for both items, including delivery. My delivery came with missing items. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and when I finally got through, I was told that my item was out of stock but I didn’t receive any refunds or notifications about the item being out of stock. Had I not called (multiple times) I wouldn’t have known a thing! Absolutely terrible service!
