Pathetic service!!!!!!

As a first time buyer, I'm really disappointed in the service and treatment I've been getting from the Crocs SA. I made an online order on the 7th July 2018 and made payment then. To my surprise I still haven't received my shoes. The email confirming the order indicated a delivery time of between 3-5 days and to this day I still have nothing. I then called and enquired about my order, I was told there was an investigation. What Nonsense is this ..Fine, I let it go. A week later I call again I was told some lame story. This morning I call again, same lame story. If you cant deliver just refund me because you cant even update your customers.. This is ridiculous..
