Pathetic service

On the 19 November I ordered Crocs on PayJust now, I already made 2 payments. Almost 2 weeks later no obe came back to me to say the crocs I ordered are out of stock which initially was not. They had the color and size...today I hear its out of stock if I didn't call no one was going to contact me...I am disappointed in their service
